Our lights and harnesses have two different types of Deutsch connectors. This is normally determined by the current draw of the light. As an example, larger LED light bars (around 32 inches upwards), we will use a DT-P connector as it caters to the higher current draw. Smaller LED light bars/work lights will use a DT as it is a smaller profile and caters perfectly to the requirements of the lights power draw.

For 10-14 AWG. Up to 25 Amps. Suitable for 120-300 Watts. Our Deutsch Connectors are sealed and lock together making it perfect for harsh applications. The connector housings are molded from durable plastic that will not harden or crack and the connections are protected with thick seals to keep water, mud and debris away from the contacts.

Includes male and female housings and pins & heat shrink insulators.

The rear snap-in wire seal cover provides improved seal performance while maintaining compatibility with existing mating connectors, enabling a seamless transition for legacy designs, and the interface plug front seal is field serviceable for easy repair. The connectors are rated for operation up to 125 degrees Celsius while continuously carrying up to 13 amps using the proven DEUTSCH size 16 pins and sockets. They’re available with standard and long snap-caps, with the longer variant intended for use with heat-shrink tubing for extra protection.
